COACHING

Our EXECUTIVE COACHING sessions are meant for those proffesionals willing to take their managerial career to next level. We will identify STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES, their IMPROVEMENT POTENTIAL, setting up ACTION PLANS and fullfilling them SYSTEMATICALLY.

It is essential that the Coachee is willing to open up to the Coach, is eager to recieve IMPROVEMENT FEEDBACK and is determined to implement the EFFECTIVE BEHAVIORAL CHANGES. The Coaching Sessions will focus on KEY SKILLS for the Coachee’s proffesional development.

Assesment Session –  1/2 hour

(50% of the cost)
